Gorran Haven is a truly remarkable part of Cornwall. An unspoilt coastal fishing village with traditional fishermen's cottages, it has two safe, sandy beaches protected by a quay. Found on the Roseland Peninsular (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), it is ideally situated to explore the Southwest Coast Path in both directions, as well as the much loved treasures of Cornwall like the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
Kayaks, paddle boards and deckchairs can be hired during the summer months from Gorran Haven beach.
Gorran Haven has a beach cafe, fish and chip shop, bakers and convenience store.

The fish and chip shop (The Haven Takeaway https://www.havenfishandchips) is open daily during school holidays and on Fridays evenings through the winter. But do check their website for exact opening times. Everything is cooked to order using local, delicious fish, and there are gluten free options.
Further up in the next village of Gorran Churchtown, the Barley Sheaf is a traditional pub, serving excellent quality food (https://www.thebarleysheafgorr).
